For domestic travel, please carry valid Photo ID Proof.
For International travel, please carry Passport valid for minimum 6 months .
During International travel, please ensure to carry valid visa stamped in your passport or paper visa or e-visa as applicable.
Before travel, please check validity and number of entries permitted. In case of single entry visas, please make sure you have not utilised the visa earlier.
During International travel, please carry an in vite letter from the destination country specifying the duration of stay and purpose of visit.
Please ensure to carry valid main air travel tickets and side trip tickets, if any which might be useful at immigration clearance points.
Copy of confirmed “Ok to Board” message updated in PNR / Reservation in case of travel to certain gulf countries.
Please ensure to carry your hotel reservation details especially while travelling to multiple destinations. It can be handy while explaining the route to a taxi driver or to any local authorities.
It is always ideal to have a travel insurance while travelling International which could enable you to overcome unforeseen incidents or an accident.
Please ensure to carry minimum 3 passport size photographs with white background in case of travel to countries with “Visa on Arrival”.
During International travel, please carry a Travel Card with sufficient Foreign Exchange loaded.
Travellers are advised to read all rules & regulations in travel documents, be informed and adhere to all instructions.
Domestic travellers are required to reach the airport & complete checkin formalities at least 1 hour (60 Minutes) prior to departure time so as to avoid denial of boarding / getting offloaded.
International travellers are required to reach the airport & complete checkin formalities at least 3 hours (180 Minutes) prior to departure time so as to avoid denial of boarding / getting offloaded.
All travellers are advised to do web checkin 24 to 48 Hours prior to departure and get the preferred seats assigned and boarding pass taken.

Check baggage allowance in the ticket and ensure not to carry baggage beyond the weight / size specification allowed by the respective carrier.
Ensure to update your Frequent Flier Nos, Hotel Loyalty Nos, Seat & Meal preference etc. in the PNR / booking.
If there is a change in your return travel date / time / sector, please plan in advance so as to ensure availability of seats in lower fares.
Those who are on Long Term Travel, please ensure to get the travel insurance extended prior to its expiry if they are not already covered under local insurance in that specific country.
Please always book your airport transfers at destination in advance so as to not get stranded at the airport on arrival.
While travelling, it is always ideal to be alert of your surroundings, strangers or fellow travellers or unattended baggage or anything that looks odd. Do NOT accept any food items or drinks or any other items from strangers that could lead you to trouble with immigration officials or other authorities.
Do NOT lose your passport and travel documents under any circumstance. If you do, please immediately register a complaint at the local police authorities and also inform your country's nearest embassy / consulate and obtain a Temporary Travel Document.
If you have a contact person or an organisation at the destination point that might help you in getting settled during your initial days, please always have their contacts and address ready with you while travelling to International destinations.
It is ideal to take 2 photocopies each of all important travel documents and keep a copy with yourselves and handover the other copy to your family so that in case of an emergency, all concerned can identify your location and take necessary steps without delay.
